Kuraray Poval™ is the brand name of Kuraray’s globally produced polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH). Kuraray Poval™ features an extremely wide-ranging field of applications. The main uses are in the paper, adhesive, textile and construction industries, as well as in ceramics, packaging and electronics. The physical and chemical properties make PVOH very versatile. It features water-solubility, excellent film forming characteristics, high tensile strength and elasticity, as well as resistance against organic solvents and dispersing power.

 It is white crystalline powder and sold in different grades based on its purity viz 95%, 99% and 99.6% christened as Commercial, Technical and Export respectively in our star Oxochem pvt ltd.
 
 
Oxalic Acid Commercial and Oxalic Acid Technical is being sold in 50 Kg HDPE Bags, while Oxalic Acid Export is being sold in 25 Kg HDPE bags as well as in PP Jumbo Bags.

Melamine (Gujlamine)
GSFC has three Melamine Plants having rated capacities of 5,000 MTPA, 10,000 MTPA and 40,000 MTPA. The main raw material used is Urea.
Gujlamine is the trade name of Melamine pure chemical powder being manufactured by GSFC. Melamine is made to react with Formaldehyde to convert to resins or moulding powder for making innumerable beauty and utility products.

Properties
Melamine powder is tasteless, odourless and non-toxic. Melamine Formaldehyde resins used for laminates offer good hardness, resistance to scratch, stain, water and heat. Laminates used in some industrial electrical applications possess high mechanical strength, good heat resistance and good electrical insulating properties.
Asbestos filled Melamine resins possess very high dielectric strength and high heat resistance. Besides the best dimensional stability, Melamine Formaldehyde moulding powder gives clear and bright colours, is easily mouldable and offers resistance to surface scratching.

Applications:
Laminates

For table tops, kitchen shelves, platforms, wall cladding, bus bodies, interior of railway coaches, counters, deckings, instrument panels.

Consumer Moulded Goods
Bowls, trays, spatulas, mixer's base, crockery, cutlery items, launder-able buttons, lamp shades.

Industrial Moulded Goods
Circuit breakers, television tube support, automotive ignition components, washing machine, agitators, soda fountain parts, switch gears, switch housings, connector plus inserts, wattmeter terminal block, junction boxes, fuse carriers, plating tanks.

Treatment Resin for Paper

Adhesives
